THE PARISH CHURCH OF ST. GEORGE
The present church dates from the 15th century but its origins are from earlier times. Rich carvings and sculpture abound and the screen is thought to be from the 16th century. A stone stairway leads to the priests chamber over the porch. Various alterations have been carried out over the centuries and minor changes continue, to maintain the church and to display memorials. The tower houses four bells.
